How We Work Together
Our team is paying attention to research and trends in learning and human capital and using that information to create solutions to take you from how you always did things to how this generation prefers to interact with learning, all while honoring the legacy of the past.
We also do not value mediocrity. In order to create learning that makes an impact, you need experts in not only instructional design but graphic design, development, organizational development, etc. And when you look for 1 person to be all those things, you end up with mediocre solutions.
That’s why when you work with Anchored Training, you get the benefits of working with our specialized team, but only have 1 to 2 points of contact - a Learning Experience Design Lead and a Project Manager. This allows us to provide you with the value of diverse thinking and experience, but keeping things streamlined on your end.
The Anchored Story
Anchored Training was born in 2018, months after the CEO, Vanessa Alzate, gave birth to her 2nd daughter. A year after her first! While spending years in the field in software training, onboarding, instructional design, and consulting, she saw that one thing was missing from a lot of learning solutions she came across. The Learner! She saw there was a need for a learning and development/training vendor that kept the learner at the heart of every engagement, but also understood the organization’s needs and would work with the two. That’s where Anchored Training was born. She wanted Anchored Training to be a place that would create solutions that ensured learning and development would be the heart and hub of every organization because while the winds and tides can change quickly, your anchor, your education and personal/professional development, will hold you steady to navigate any uncertainty.
