The learning blueprint is a comprehensive report that provides you guidance and recommendation on how to deliver your course to your ideal students. The blueprint is made up of a learner analysis, learner profile, course plan, and platform and tools recommendations.
We begin by working with your team to identify your ideal learner. Then we reach out and collect information about your students, including what problems they have and how your course is the solution to that problem.
We use the information to create a course plan. This plan includes how to structure the curriculum so that it fits your learners’ needs, we make recommendations on how to structure the time learners spend in the course and how the program can be facilitated.
Finally, we make recommendations on platforms, tools, and resources to be used for content development.
The reason the learning blueprint works is because it is the first step in creating a learner-focused curriculum. The Learner-Focused Framework is the guide we use to create focused, engaging, and motivational content that helps professionals not only learn but transform.
THE LEARNING BLUEPRINT + 6 MONTHS OF CONSULTING - $15,000 USD

The addition of 6 months of consulting includes 1 weekly meeting (4 per month), with a Senior Learning Experience Designer who will consult with your organization on how to execute on the blueprint.
