Vanessa Alzate, Founder & CEO
Vanessa Alzate is the Founder and CEO of Anchored Training. She received a BA in both Communications & Political Science from Rutgers University, and an MS in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Northeastern University. For over a decade, she has consulted with many mid-large organizations in industries ranging from pharmaceutical sales to fashion to develop training strategies tailored to each individual organization and team. Vanessa is a dynamic educator in the classroom and works to bring that classroom experience to life online via webinar training and eLearning.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has excelled in assisting companies and individuals to expand their industry knowledge through innovative eLearning and classroom curriculum, while continuing to add consistently to her own education and training. Her experience has included positions within StayinFront, GalaxE. Solutions, Power Home Remodeling Group, Performance Plus International, Inc. prior to starting her firm in 2018.
Vanessa is committed to helping everyone become the best versions of themselves. She is an advocate for empowering women and for increasing belonging.

Vanessa is a true Jersey girl, she loves leopard and a good pork roll (not Taylor Ham… sorry North Jersey), egg and cheese on an everything bagel.
She is a member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity for whom she still volunteers her time on the International Council serving as Council Trustee: Alumnae.
She loves a good dance party and can be found teaching her girls to fall in love with 90s freestyle and reggaeton.
Her first concert was Britney Spears - but most memorable was a private concert by Snoop Dogg held at one of her previous employer's holiday party.

Susan Beck,
Director of
Digital Learning
When it comes to all things digital learning, Susan is our main point-person! She received a BA in Education from California State University Chico and an M. Ed from Sonoma State University. She is a distinguished learning and performance professional specializing in e-learning design, development, and strategy. She has “grown up” with the eLearning industry consulting Fortune 50 companies.
She believes that eLearning design and development is both an art and a science of design and development; it is not just about how it looks, it is more about how the learner experiences their learning journey. This is especially true when transforming mundane subject matter into engaging learning experiences.
Fun Facts About Susan:
Susan is a California girl – born and raised in Sonoma County.
She raced a Polynesian outrigger canoe and competed in the World Sprints for the Northern California team.
She is an avid snow skier enjoying time on the slopes with her husband as often as possible.
Tiffany Colombani, Operations Manager
The Anchored Training team would simply not function without all that Tiffany does! Tiffany keeps our team and office running smoothly. She manages the day-to-day, so Vanessa can manage the big picture and makes sure our CEO takes time for self-care. A must for everyone! Tiffany went to Kean University for Education and brings her experience to her role by challenging the team to think outside the box.

Tiff considers herself an elf on Earth who loves all things Christmas.
She loves her TV shows, she has too many favorites to list, but The Office would definitely make the list at number 1 and is the head of the Anchored Training Party Planning Committee.
If Tiffany was on a reality show, it would definitely be Extreme Couponing, if not Shark Tank.
Danielle Morabito, Marketing Director
When it comes to keeping up with our growing brand, Danielle is our secret weapon. As the Brand Operations Manager, she keeps manages much of the behind-the-scenes marketing planning and visuals you see in the forefront. She keeps us on track when it comes to marketing trends to ensure the Anchored Training Brand continues to stand out as we continue to grow!
Fun Facts About Danielle:
Danielle is OBSESSED with TV and has always dreamed of having her own form of talk show. From the Housewives, Grey’s Anatomy, the craziest sci-fy shows, and the most typical family sitcoms, Danielle loves them all!
She’s not the best cook, but her baking skills are on point.
Her favorite place she’s traveled thus far is Mykonos, Greece!
Kimberly Blas, Creative Director
Kimberly is a creative designer with more than 10 years in the design field. She pairs graphic design, innovation, marketing & strategy with her newfound skill of eLearning development & instructional design to create impactful visual solutions.
She has experience as a multimedia graphic designer executing & guiding in creative strategy, course development and lead design. She has had the pleasure to work with professionals, non-profit, corporate, universities & higher education across numerous industries.
Kimberly studied graphic design at the International Academy of Design & Technology (IADT) - Tampa and Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). She holds a Distance Learning Certificate from the University of West Georgia.
Her goal is to create, inspire and grow, as well as leave a little piece of herself in everything she does. Her passion is to inspire others to find their personal style and ignite their inner creativity within.
Fun Facts About Kimberly:
Kimberly is an island girl (Chamorita). She grew up on Guam and is proud to call it "home". Her traditions, culture & values originate from her upbringing & ties to the island, not to mention her dance moves - HULA.
She loves an adventure and achieves wanderlust by being a flight attendant.
Kimberly loves everything design! Catch her watching HGTV, binging craft episodes, collecting design inspiration from the hardware store to anywhere & everywhere, skimming fashion magazines, & scrolling the latest design trends.
