Methodology

At Anchored Training, we believe our clients become part of our family. We do not believe each project is a one and done event. We also don't believe we are just external contractors to your organization. With each engagement, we want to learn more about your business, your processes and YOU! In each engagement, we pride ourselves in developing great working relationships with our clients who become family. 

When you sign on to work with Anchored Training, a Client Manager will be in touch to get all necessary paperwork signed for both parties.  The Client Manager will then hand off your project to a Project Manager who will setup the initial kickoff meeting, requirements gathering session and introduce the project team. During that meeting, we would love to learn more about who will be part of your team and who we will be working with.  If we could meet them, even better! The Project Manager will then work with the Anchored Training development team to develop your training plan and timeline.  Once that is reviewed and approved together, we will move on to the Knowledge Transfer phase.  During this phase we will deep dive into your organization, process, and learn about the topic you need trained. This knowledge transfer session may be a simple handoff of materials already developed or a more thorough one on one session with a Subject Matter Expert. 

From there, we will take the reigns on developing the materials and throughout the process, bring you back in to provide feedback on the content, the design, etc.  Once the materials have been approved, we are ready for the Big Reveal to your students and can walk you through launching your program.
